1. CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
1.1 The online store allows the purchase without creating a customer registration, if this is the customer's preference.
1.2 The purpose of customer registration is to maintain and facilitate all consumer activity in present and future purchases;
2. ORDERS
2.1 Allbike reserves the right to change prices, include or exclude products without notice:
2.2 Prices shown include VAT at the prevailing rate and all other taxes (Ecovalor);
2.3 The order will always be subject to confirmation of availability;
2.4 Once the availability of the order for shipment is confirmed, the products included in it are reserved for the next 24 hours or after payment confirmation. After this deadline will not be guaranteed availability and will always be required confirmation;
2.5 The availability status of a certain product may be incorrect at the time of purchase and will always be subject to confirmation by our team;
2.6 Any campaign, product or offer will be subject to and limited to existing stock;
3. PRODUCTS
3.1 The information available on the online store is always constantly updated;
3.2 Allbike safeguards its responsibility for any errors in the features described in the products;
3.3 Whenever the customer has any questions about a product, should before completing the purchase contact our technical team for further clarification;
3.4 Unless otherwise indicated, products are always marketed to one unit;
3.5 Product images may not correspond exactly to the product presented, due to changes and updates from the manufacturer;
3.6 In the event of product unavailability, Allbike will always inform the customer of the expected delivery of the product;
4. PAYMENT
4.1 Allbike informs that it never, under any circumstances, requests credit card data or other data that it deems to be personal and non-transferable to its customers;
4.2 The order may be paid by the following methods:
- Bank Transfer (IBAN);
- ATM (only Portugal);
- Paypal;
5. DELIVERIES
5.1 Delivery can be made by post or if requested by the customer, choose to pick up the order at our headquarters;
5.2 Orders will be dispatched by CTT / CTT Express or by another designated carrier;
5.3 Allbike, in the purchase process, will inform the customer, which day of shipment, the expected arrival date and which operator of the order transportation;
5.4 When the order is formalized, the customer will always be informed of the value of the postage according to its weight and volume;
5.5 In case of any error in the calculation of weight and volume at the time of purchase, Allbike reserves the right to cancel the order placed by the customer and present the new postage value to the customer;
5.6 Orders with a value equal to or greater than 45,00 € (forty five euros) with a single destination in mainland Portugal, the buyer has the offer of the value of shipping costs;
5.6.1 Shipments to the Islands (Madeira and Azores) enjoy the offer of postage for purchases worth € 110.00 or more;
5.6.2 The shipping value table is available for consultation on shipping costs.
5.7 There are several shipping methods that can be consulted in the table provided, so that whenever the customer chooses to send without registration (number tracking order) Allbike is not responsible for loss.
5.8 In the case of delivery not made due to insufficient address or period of withdrawal notice exceeded and consequently return of the order, the responsibility is of the consignee for which will be paid new shipping costs;
5.9 Deliveries at our headquarters will only be made by appointment;
6 WARRANTY
6.1 Allbike products are warranted for 24 months (twenty four months), except for consumables, used products or manufacturer's instructions;
6.2 The warranty is provided under the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer;
6.3 The warranty will apply provided the buyer maintains:
- proper use;
- Correct assembly;
- Periodic maintenance indicated by the manufacturer;
- Proof of purchase;
6.4 In case of negligent use and subject to abnormal conditions the warranty will be automatically excluded;
6.5 Custom textiles or products will be covered by the warranty only for defects;
6.6 Products that:
- have undergone repair attempts;
- Signs and evidence of tampering with parts and components;
6.7 The warranty does not cover the transportation cost of covered products;
6.8 After accepting the warranty, the product will be replaced by an equal or equivalent, in case of unavailability due to discontinuation;
6.8.1 - Used products have a 1 year warranty provided the conditions in section 6.3 are met;
6.8.2- The conditions of 6.4, 6.5, 6.6 and 6.7 apply to used products;
6.9 The customer, when making the purchase, accepts all the conditions mentioned in point 6;
6.10 - We recommend that the installation of purchased products always be done by a professional bicycle mechanic;
6.11 - Always check the condition of your bicycle components before use;
7. GENERAL WARNINGS
7.1 In all circumstances Allbike and its representatives cannot be responsible for any:
- economic, indirect, special or consequential damage;
- Loss of data related to this site (online store);
8. ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTION ON CONSUMER DISPUTES (Law No. 114/2015 of 8 September)
8.1 In the event of a dispute, the consumer may have recourse to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity
