- Does Allbike have a bike store?
No, Allbike is a dedicated online trading platform but you can place any order and pick up at Maia address.
- How can I pick up the order myself?
You can place your order online and choose the most convenient delivery center available during the purchase process.
- How long does it take for me to receive my order?
The stock available on the platform is real and is in our warehouse so within a maximum of 48 hours you will receive at your address (Mainland Portugal)
- Do I need to receive the order tomorrow?
Yes, it is possible. In the purchase process there is a possibility to choose a faster shipping service and as long as the order is complete by 13:00 on the day before delivery.
- How can I pay for the order?
We have several payment solutions. You can choose between bank transfer, ATM reference, paypal, mbway and against refund.
Send orders to the bill?
Yes, we accept shipping as long as the postage is paid in advance. Upon delivery will only liquidate the products. This shipping method does not at any time enjoy the purchase price of the postage condition.
